Get google drive backed up in Crashplan





  1. Go to the Google Drive folder, not the shortcut, and not the icon you see on the left of this picture! It won't work!
  2. Right-click and select properties
  3. Select the security tab
  4. Click the edit button
  5. Type System in the add user box
  6. Click "check names."
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click on System in the list of users
  9. Check "Full  Control" under the allow column
  10. Click OK
  11. Click OK (you may have to wait a bit while permissions are getting updated)
  12. To kick off a backup right away:
    1. Go into Crashplan settings
    2. Go into the backup tab
    3. Click on "click now"
    4. Now come out of settings and click on "backup" to see it start to scan
  13. Now watch Crashplan back up your Google Drive.

I forgot to export my ribbon settings before uninstalling Word from my Windows 7 computer, and now I want my ribbon settings.

I found them in the location below, which fortunately I had backed up because I always back up the entire user folder. Note that AppData is usually hidden, so you'll have to change your visibility settings.



C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\Word.officeUI
