Solved -- Shockwave crash on Chromebook
- Go to the chromebook's menu
- Go to settings
- Show advanced settings
- Clear browsing data
- Adobe Flash Player storage settings. You will now see a browser page open. In that page you will see what looks like a drawing of the Flash Player settings but it's not an image. It's your flash player settings.
- The fourth tab on it is Protected Content Playback. Click the reset license files button.
