Solved -- Shockwave crash on Chromebook

  1. Go to the chromebook's menu
  2. Go to settings
  3. Show advanced settings
  4. Privacy
  5. Clear browsing data
  6. Adobe Flash Player storage settings. You will now see a browser page open. In that page you will see what looks like a drawing of the Flash Player settings but it's not an image. It's your flash player settings.
  7. The fourth tab on it is Protected Content Playback. Click the reset license files button.
